- Experience working with various types of engines and familiarity with maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and technical publications.
- Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate preferred; equivalent military or industry experience considered.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, maintenance data, and electronic manuals; strong attention to detail and safety.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to continuous learning and adaptation to evolving customer needs.
