Customer Service Rep
Marathon Veterinary Hospital is looking for a motivated, friendly individual who has previous customer service experience and can work in a very fast-paced environment! Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory. We are genuinely just looking for somebody that has the heart to learn and a strong work ethic!
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Greeting clients and patients
- Handling multiple phone lines
- Scheduling appointments and boarding reservations
- Process transactions
- Obtain patient histories
- Client education
- Maintain cleanliness of the hospital
- Possesses exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Proactive team player
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Possesses a positive attitude and emotional intelligence
- Interested in learning and growing with our company.
- Ability to multi-task and be proactive
- Ability to triage, prioritize, and possess excellent time management skills.
- Close attention to detail is crucial
- Ability to communicate with staff and clients in a professional and respectful manner
