The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, efficiently manage incoming calls, and ensure guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include greeting guests, maintaining guest privacy, and logging requests. Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least a year of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality.
