Job Summary
The Area Manager Dryer for the OEM division is responsible for business development, customer management, and technical-commercial support for OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) clients within the assigned geographical area. The role involves promoting and selling industrial drying solutions, ensuring sales targets are met, customer satisfaction is achieved, and the company is strategically positioned in the market.
Responsibilities- Manage and develop the OEM customer portfolio in the assigned area.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Support customers in selecting and integrating Dryer solutions into their systems.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proper project implementation.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports.
- Attend trade shows, events, and customer meetings to promote products and strengthen relationships.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager OEM Dryer to define commercial strategies.
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related fields (preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commercial roles within the compressed air industrial sector, preferably in OEM environments.
- Flexible working, travel in the assigned Territory.
- Technical knowledge of industrial drying systems and related production processes.
- Good command of English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and customer management skills.
- Results-oriented and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel frequently, both nationally and internationally
