Spa Massage Therapist – On Call

• Provide a range of massage and body scrub services, including prenatal massage, hot stones, body scrubs, and wraps (dual license preferred).
• Actively participate in ongoing training and maintain cleanliness standards in all areas of the spa facility.
• Manage the source and location of all supplies, ensuring adequate inventory within the assigned treatment room.
• Maintain the condition, cleanliness, and maintenance of spa, salon, grounds, and back‑of‑house areas.
• Be fully knowledgeable of resort spa procedures and emergency protocols (evacuation plans, fire, bomb threat, natural disaster, assault, robbery, medical emergency) and train subordinate staff accordingly.
• Safeguard resort funds, records, and equipment entrusted to your area of responsibility.
• Perform hours as dictated by business needs, including weekends and holidays.
• Execute other duties as assigned by the Spa Director and maintain established guidelines in the absence of Spa Supervisors.

• Licensed in Florida for massage therapy and/or esthetics.
• Previous customer‑service experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication, organizational skills, and a courteous, friendly demeanor when dealing with guests, staff, and visitors.
• Reliable transportation.
• Neat, well‑groomed, poised, with a pleasant voice and demeanor.
• Excellent physical condition: strong back, arms, legs; able to lift 30‑50 lbs and reach, bend without difficulty.

• Occasional lifting of merchandise cartons up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to reach and bend without difficulty.
• Maintain good overall physical health.
