• Clean assigned guest rooms/suites thoroughly and efficiently according to hotel S.O.P.'s.
• Sanitize bathrooms, bedrooms, and sitting areas to resort standards.
• Make beds with clean linen and refresh towels and amenities daily.
• Dust furniture and surfaces, vacuum floors, clean mirrors, and wipe down doors.
• Replace amenities, literature, and items as required.
• Empty wastebaskets and ashtrays, and replace liners as needed.
• Remove trays, dishes, and glassware from rooms.
• Check and restock closets with hangers and laundry bags.
• Promptly respond to guest requests for service or items.
• Handle and return lost items to the housekeeping department.
• Communicate room status updates and report any maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure safe use.
• Complete all room assignments and check in with supervisors before end of shift.
• Assist in preventive deep-cleaning programs as scheduled.
• Attend required housekeeping meetings and training sessions.

• Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience in a commercial or hospitality setting.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills and a professional, guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to lift, bend, and be on your feet for extended periods.
