Join EOS Hospitality as a banquet set up crew member. Responsibilities include setting up banquet tables and chairs, arranging table settings, linens, centerpieces, decorations, assisting with audiovisual placement, cleaning and maintaining event spaces, restocking supplies, and providing outstanding customer service.

• Set up & break down events
• Return all items from site to Banquet Department
• Perform food preparation
• Customer service
• Sanitation
• Other food service duties
• Be able to lift at least 60 pounds
• Able to stand on your feet for long periods of time
• Banquet Server Etiquette Training a plus

• Previous banquet or restaurant experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry trays, move tables and chairs, lift at least 50 lbs, and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures is a plus.
