Job Summary

Open in Key West office. Complex and confidential legal administration work supporting prosecuting attorneys in criminal cases. Duties include document preparation, calendar management, administrative support, and data input.

Essential

Job Duties
  • Update case management system and assist with data collection and reporting.
  • Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
  • Secure supplemental case information and conduct research.
  • Coordinate depositions and court proceedings scheduling.
  • Assist victims and witnesses as needed.
  • Arrange travel, hotel accommodations, and reimbursement forms.
  • Maintain effective communication with attorneys, court personnel, victims, witnesses, law enforcement, and others.
  • Arrange for other services such as transportation and translators; bilingual employees can be utilized.
  • Process and maintain incoming law enforcement emails and other electronic communications, including e‑filings, evidence, and media.
Qualifications

• Clean criminal background.
• Basic computer skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
