The Turtle Hospital is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to rehabilitation, education, and research of sea turtles. The Turtle Hospital is a state-certified veterinary facility and has been in operation for over 37 years.

Major duties consist of maintenance and repair and cleaning for water filtration systems, water quality monitoring.
Habitat maintenance and cleaning. Assist with direct animal care including feeding, cleaning, rescues, releases,
water quality, tank cleaning, maintenance of systems and habitat and a variety of other tasks.

MUST be detail oriented and self‑motivated. You will be expected to participate in sea turtle rescues in and out of the
water which can be physically demanding. You MUST be physically fit and a strong swimmer. Must be able to lift 75
pounds and work outdoors. Experience working with water system, plumbing, and electrical systems required.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and creative skills are necessary. A clean driving record is required.

This is a paid full‑time, approximately 40 hours per week position. Compensation is dependent on experience.
Housing is provided on‑site at the Turtle Hospital at no cost.
