Isla Bella Beach Resort is seeking a Line Cook to join our culinary team in Marathon, Florida. This role is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items in a fast-paced resort kitchen while maintaining high standards for quality, food safety, and presentation.

The ideal candidate has previous restaurant or hotel kitchen experience, works well under pressure, and takes pride in preparing great food for guests.

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards

Set up and maintain assigned station for lunch and/or dinner service

Ensure food is cooked to order and presented properly

Prepare meats, seafood, vegetables, and other ingredients for service

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation

Assist with kitchen prep and daily food production

Monitor food quality and portion control

Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

Help reduce waste and assist with inventory control

Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen team members

1+ year of experience as a Line Cook, Cook, or Prep Cook

Restaurant, hotel, or resort kitchen experience preferred

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Some English language skills preferred for kitchen communication
