Food & Beverage Manager

Our restaurants and bars are where the day comes together for our guests. As Food & Beverage Manager, you will run that experience at one resort, leading a team that cares about great food and great service and keeping the numbers healthy along the way.

Job Summary Run the restaurant, bar, and in-room dining operation at your resort. Deliver food and service that brings guests back while keeping costs and the team on plan.

What You'll Do Including but not limited to:

Run restaurant, bar, and room service operations each day Forecast covers, then schedule labor and order product to match, without compromising the guest experience

Lead and develop F&B supervisors and staff

Build revenue through promotions, events, and upselling

Maintain food safety and responsible alcohol service standards

What You Bring5+ years in restaurant or resort food and beverage

At least 2 years in supervisory or management roles

Working knowledge of cost controls and P&L management

Experience with Toast point-of-sale and inventory systems

Forecasting, yield management, and critical thinking, with the ability to read outlet P&Ls and build cost plansTIPS or Serv Safe Alcohol certification, or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire Floor presence: you coach in the moment and turn a guest complaint into a repeat guest

Restaurant and bar experience preferred

Experience in upscale or full-service resort hospitality, including Hilton or Marriott, preferred
