Job Summary:
The Retail Lead plays a key role in supporting daily store operations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This position assists in supervising Retail Associates, driving sales performance, maintaining merchandise standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The Retail Lead sets the tone for excellent customer service, teamwork, and professionalism on the sales floor.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and engage with customers, providing exceptional service and product knowledge.
  • Be highly attentive to guests, delivering a personalized 1-on-1 shopping experience on the sales floor.
  • Support and guide Retail Associates during daily operations to ensure service standards are met.
  • Assist with creating and maintaining employee schedules to ensure appropriate coverage.
  • Coordinate and oversee sales processes, orders, and payment transactions.
  • Set and help team members achieve individual and store sales goals.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving, restocking, and merchandising.
  • Handle and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards throughout the day.
  • Open and close the store as needed, ensuring all procedures are properly followed.
  • Communicate updates, promotions, and goals to team members effectively.
  • Lead by example in delivering a positive, customer-focused shopping experience.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
