Description: This position supports Baptist Health South Florida in providing a safe and secure environment for patients and staff, ensuring the peaceful and orderly operation of all entities. The role requires proficiency in all aspects of security as per the BHSF security training program and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The estimated pay range is $16.00 - $18.84 per hour, depending on experience.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, Certificate of Attendance, Certificate of Completion, GED, or equivalent training/experience.
Licenses & Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Florida Driver's License.
Additional Qualifications:
- Security experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Law enforcement or military background preferred.
- Completion of BHSF security training before the end of probation.
- BLS certification within the first 90 days of employment.
