The Town of Marblehead seeks a Teen Librarian who will lead the Teen Department, manage daily operations, and guide services for ages 13–18, shaping collections, programs and outreach.
You will supervise staff and volunteers, collaborate with schools and community organizations, deliver engaging programs, and advocate for inclusive literacy.
MLS/MLIS required, 3–5 years in youth services; strong communication, tech proficiency, and ability to work evenings/weekends.
