The paraprofessional, known as an Instructional Assistant at Marblehead Charter, is an invaluable team player who works well with others, enjoys interacting with students and colleagues, brings his/her best to each day, and is committed to helping every child achieve his/her highest potential. Responsibilities include supporting individual students, assisting with the delivery of effective and meaningful classroom instruction, co-teaching, substituting for classroom teachers, teaching enrichment classes and supervisory duties.

Salary: $38,000 to $40,000 Per Year
