I’m working with a well-established business in North Cambridgeshire to recruit an experienced Business Analyst for a 3-year fixed-term contract. This role is pivotal in supporting their ERP implementation project, ensuring that the new system meets the organisation’s needs and optimises business operations. Key Responsibilities

Analyse and document business processes and requirements to support the ERP implementation.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to gather and define detailed system requirements.
Work with the ERP vendor and internal teams to ensure the system configuration aligns with business needs.
Assist in the testing of the ERP system, ensuring it meets both functional and business requirements.
Provide support to end-users, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
Drive process improvements through the effective use of the ERP system.
About You

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within ERP implementation projects.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into system specifications.
Familiarity with ERP systems (IFS experience is a plus).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving ability and adaptable to evolving business requirements.
Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results within tight deadlines.
