Revit Technician / Designer

Up to £39,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Office-based – March, Cambridgeshire

The Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Revit Technician / Designer to join a growing and innovative team within the construction industry. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality design solutions for pre-cast concrete flooring systems used in residential developments across the UK.

This position is ideal for someone with CAD or Revit experience who’s ready to take the next step in their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities

Create accurate and detailed design layouts using Revit software

Interpret and review architectural and engineering drawings

Liaise directly with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project success

Collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines and project objectives

Manage and resolve technical queries during the design phase

Carry out final design checks prior to manufacture

The Person

Experience in a CAD role within the construction industry (essential)

Possesses a strong understanding of architectural and engineering drawings

Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
