Your Role

As our new Level 3 Learning Support Assistant, you will:

  • Support the teaching and learning of pupils by providing individual and small-group assistance.
  • Collaborate closely with classroom teachers to deliver targeted interventions and support.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every pupil can thrive.
  • Assist with classroom preparation, resource creation, and pupil engagement.
  • Monitor and track pupil progress, contributing to their academic and personal development.
What We’re Looking For
  • Holds a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning.
  • Has experience supporting pupils in a primary school setting.
  • Is enthusiastic, adaptable, and patient, with a genuine passion for education.
  • Can work both independently and as part of a team, building positive relationships with pupils and staff.
  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
