Kimihia Parents’ College is seeking an innovative and empathetic educator to join our dedicated team. We provide a specialised learning environment for young parents, focusing on holistic development and academic success.

While we are open to applicants with any subject specialty, a background in health and physical education is an advantage. As a school committed to bicultural practice, the ability to speak Te Reo Māori (beginner level or above) is highly valued.

The successful candidate will be someone who thrives in a relational teaching environment and is passionate about supporting students who are balancing the joys and challenges of parenthood.

• NZ Registered Teacher with a current practising certificate.
• Strong relational skills and a student‑centred approach.
• Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
• Flexibility to adapt teaching methods to a non‑traditional classroom setting.

Preference will be given to applicants who have experience in the New Zealand education sector and curriculum.
