The Role

To contribute to the sites sales development through the delivery of competent and efficient customer service to existing and potential customers.

To actively participate in the contribution of the Customer Service Department to achieve business targets and key performance criteria.

Main Duties-

Work closely with the internal & external sales team to maintain a high level of customer service.

Act as point of contact for designated existing customers and potential customers.

Provide a positive impression of yourself and the organisation to the customer.

Support Business Development Managers in the delivery of new business.

Provide excellent communication channels both internally and externally.

Raise new specifications in line with customer requirements ready for commercial department and request samples when required.

Raise new specifications and process new artworks & tooling for new and amended specifications.

Obtain purchase orders and invoice the customer for all new tooling.

To process sales orders, amendments and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner whilst keeping customers fully informed.

Checking orders in line with internal procedures.
