At Athena Care Homes, Aria Court seeks a creative and organised Resident Experience Lead to shape meaningful engagement and connected living for 92 residents. You’ll lead the Lifestyles/Resident Experience initiatives across the home, coordinating activities, events and community partnerships to reflect residents’ interests and life histories.
