FLT Reach & Counterbalance Driver Night Shift

Starting at £16.45 per hour , increasing to £17.45 per hour following qualification for Agency Workers Regulations (AWR) pay. About the Role We are recruiting for an experienced FLT Reach & Counterbalance Driver to join a busy warehouse operation on a permanent Monday to Friday night shift .

Please note:

Successful candidates will initially be required to complete several weeks of training on the late shift (2:00pm 10:00pm, Monday to Friday) before transferring to the permanent night shift. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious FLT driver looking for long-term work with competitive rates of pay.

Key Responsibilities Safely operate Reach and Counterbalance forklift trucks. Load and unload vehicles efficiently. Move stock throughout the warehouse and production areas. Pick, pack, and prepare orders when required. Complete stock movements accurately using warehouse systems. Carry out routine vehicle safety checks. Maintain high standards of housekeeping and adhere to all health and safety procedures. Requirements Valid, in-date Reach and Counterbalance FLT licences (RTITB, ITSSAR, AITT or equivalent).

Previous experience operating both Reach and Counterbalance trucks. Good attention to detail and commitment to safe working practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to complete the initial training period on the late shift before moving to nights. Reliable, punctual, and flexible to support business needs.

What We Offer Competitive hourly rates. £16.45 per hour from day one. Increase to £17.45 per hour once eligible for Agency Workers Regulations (AWR) pay. Monday to Friday working pattern.
