Join Audibel, a proud subsidiary of Starkey Hearing Technologies, as a Patient Services Coordinator in Marco Island, FL. In this front‑office role, you’ll be the welcoming face of our clinic, guiding patients through every step of their hearing journey and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities- Provide a professional and inviting front office experience.
- Coordinate all aspects of patient care, including clinic scheduling, patient accounts, and records management.
- Organize special events and lead retention efforts.
- Immediately greet and service all guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Check patients in and out of patient management software, track orders/sales, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Utilize elevated customer service and communication skills when working with patients.
- Direct and answer calls in a timely, professional fashion.
- Strategically manage patient schedules on behalf of the Clinic Team.
- Support and track current marketing initiatives for the clinic.
- Maintain accurate patient files, protect patient privacy, and complete insurance authorizations.
- Organize the office, maintain supplies, and ensure operational procedures are followed.
- Lead the morning huddle at the start of each day and assist with day‑to‑day clinic operations.
- Make deposits (transportation required) and reconcile all deposits daily.
- Support corporate and departmental guidelines, verify quality, react to changes, and perform other duties as assigned.
- Customer Retention – percentage of active clients relative to total clinic customers.
- Patient Referrals – percentage of referrals from your active customer database.
- Same‑or next‑day new patient appointments – measured by wait time for hearing consultation.
- Days Sales to Cash – number of business days payments remain outstanding.
- Maximized Opportunities – percentage of hearing consultations completed with a companion.
- High school diploma preferred or equivalent work history.
- 1‑2 years of experience in a customer service or retail position preferred.
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Industry familiarity encouraged.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Mon‑Thu, 32 hours per week.
CompensationThe target rate for this position is between $16.29 and $20.00 per hour. This role is eligible for commissions based on performance results, though no payout is guaranteed.
