We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar operations and deliver exceptional member experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure our bar runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily bar operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service
• Develop and implement beverage menus, ensuring a diverse and appealing selection
• Train, supervise, and motivate bartenders and bar staff to maintain high standards of service
• Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to optimize costs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Handle member inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Plan and execute promotional events to increase member satisfaction and engagement
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Organize and coordinate vintners for wine dinners

Skills and

Qualifications:

• Three years or more proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent knowledge of mixology, beverages, and current industry trends
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage inventory, budgets, and financial reports
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Associate degree or higher in hospitality management or related field
• Strong wine knowledge preferred
