• Prepare and execute menu items to exacting standards in collaboration with the Executive and Sous Chef
• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes
• Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols, ensuring a clean and organized workstation
• Assist in prep work, station set‑up, and inventory management as needed
• Communicate clearly and effectively with fellow cooks and front‑of‑house team to ensure smooth service
• Contribute to a team‑first culture by working hard, staying positive, and showing pride in your role

• Prior experience as a Line Cook in an upscale restaurant, resort, or club environment
• Strong knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation procedures
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure without sacrificing quality
• Reliable team player with a great attitude and a strong work ethic
• Culinary degree or certification is a plus but not required
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift at least 25 lbs.
