Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation Speech Therapist, you will be part of a growing team evaluating and treating patients by following an individualized plan of care.
Responsibilities- Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate in a SNF setting.
- Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills work well with others and to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information.
- Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments, conducting swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring patients' progress.
