Are you an organised and compassionate administrator who can demonstrate empathy, discretion, and professionalism in sensitive situations? We’re looking for a Patient Administration Coordinator to provide essential administrative support to our client’s multidisciplinary clinical teams across inpatient and community services.

About the Role
  • Act as a key point of contact for patients, carers, volunteers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update information across multiple systems.
  • Support patient pathways and ensure administration processes are completed efficiently.
  • Organise meetings, prepare minutes, and coordinate actions.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and general office administration.
  • Support inpatient wards with telephone enquiries, transport arrangements, and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate sensitive post‑death administration processes with compassion and professionalism.
  • Process referrals, book appointments, and support community patient services.
About You
  • Have strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrate empathy, discretion, and compassion when supporting patients and families.
  • Be confident using IT systems and databases.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to manage competing priorities and work accurately under pressure.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team and providing excellent customer service.
