The Opportunity
Our client is a well-established consumer brand with a loyal customer base and ambitious growth plans. They are seeking an Ecommerce & Digital Product Manager to take ownership of their digital storefront, leading a major website transformation while driving commercial performance and customer engagement.
This is a highly visible role combining ecommerce trading, digital product ownership and customer experience optimisation. You will act as the business Product Owner for a new ecommerce platform and lead continuous improvements that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage website development, testing, migration and launch
* Own and prioritise the ecommerce and digital product roadmap
* Drive online revenue, conversion, profitability and customer value
* Analyse customer behaviour and performance data to identify opportunities
* Improve product discovery, merchandising and onsite journeys
* Manage the ecommerce trading calendar, launches and promotions
* Lead continuous optimisation and testing initiatives
* Partner with Marketing, CRM, Customer Service, IT and Operations teams
* Report on key ecommerce KPIs and performance trends
* Ensure a seamless, customer-focused digital experience
About You
* Proven ecommerce management experience within a DTC environment
* Strong digital product ownership and roadmap management skills
* Data-driven with excellent analytical and commercial acumen
* Experience working with agencies and technology partners
* Skilled in conversion optimisation, customer journey improvement and ecommerce trading
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
