Danny Sullivan Group is currently recruiting for experienced Skilled Labourers to join a major improvement project at Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother (QEQM) Hospital in Margate, Kent.

This exciting project focuses on upgrading the hospital's emergency and maternity care facilities, helping to improve patient care and modernise essential healthcare infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile public sector project with long-term work available.

• Assist trades and groundworks teams with a variety of construction tasks across the project
• Prepare and maintain work areas to ensure they are safe, clean, and organised
• Support excavation, drainage, concrete, and general civil engineering works as required
• Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment safely around site
• Assist with the installation of underground services and associated infrastructure
• Work safely alongside plant, machinery, and other site operatives
• Carry out manual handling duties in line with site procedures
• Maintain good housekeeping and ensure work areas remain free from hazards
• Report hazards, defects, and unsafe conditions immediately
• Follow all site health, safety, and environmental procedures
• Work effectively as part of a busy civil engineering team to keep the project on programme

• Valid CSCS Card
• Previous experience working as a Skilled Labourer on construction or civil engineering projects
• Experience supporting ground workers, trades, or civil engineering teams
• Good understanding of site health and safety
• Ability to work safely around plant and machinery
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-focused attitude
• Good level of physical fitness and willingness to undertake manual duties
• Full UK driving licence beneficial
