This is a multi-faceted opportunity for someone who adept at pulling stories out of autopilot.
Real moments, fast pacing, and unconventional cuts that break away from traditional editing norms, supporting productions that make people stop, watch and engage.
The roleYou’ll be working across a mix of B2B, brand, and content-led video projects. Some are fast-turnaround. Some need a bit more care and craft. All need someone who recognises the importance of pacing to keep viewers locked into an edit.
You’ll be responsible for:- Editing short and mid-form video content (Primarily Premiere Pro)
- Creating clean, well-paced cuts with strong narrative flow
- Handling light motion graphics (titles, captions, MOGART/simple AE animations)
- Colour correction, LUT engineering and audio cleanup
- Organising projects, assets, and exports properly (we care about this)
- Working from briefs and helping to shape them
- Strong editing fundamentals (rhythm, structure, creativity)
- Confident in Premiere Pro (After Effects a plus, not a must)
- Comfortable working with real-world footage, not just perfect setups
- Organised, reliable, and calm under deadline
- Someone who can work independently but communicates clearly
- Based in/around London/South East UK
- A desire to join a team with lofty scaling ambitions from the ground-up, and contribute to shaping the business.
- At least 5 years' agency experience
- Part-time (3 Days Per Week - flexible spending on schedule)
- Hybrid, with occasional office collabs depending on projects
