Year 6 Teacher Margate

What you’ll do as a Year 6 Teacher:- Plan, deliver, and assess stimulating lessons tailored to upper KS2 learners
- Prepare pupils for SATs and their transition to Year 7
- Create a positive, structured, and motivating classroom atmosphere
- Work closely with TAs and senior leadership to support progress and wellbeing
- Encourage independence, resilience, and a love of learning
- Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and colleagues
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) / Early Careers Teachers (ECT) welcome
- Experience teaching in KS2, ideally Year 6
- Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills
- A proactive, organised, and supportive approach
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
