We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team and make a positive impact in the lives of those we support.

• Work as part of a team, be a key worker and support colleagues to promote the independence of service users.
• Support the manager in the daily running of the service and be IT literate.
• Undertake staff supervisions and chair team meetings.
• Provide 24-hour cover, 7 days a week; evenings and weekends may be required and sleep-ins may be needed (paid at £70.47 per night).

• Previous experience is essential; able to demonstrate a reliable and flexible approach to people with a learning disability.
• Ideally hold an NVQ3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) or be willing to work towards it.
• IT literate and ready to contribute to service delivery.
