Therapist - Margate Part-time Spa Therapist / Massage Therapist

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Spa Therapist / Massage Therapist to join the team  by Guest House on a part-time basis. The ideal candidates will be looking for one or two shifts per week (8-hour shifts, including weekends).

As a Spa Therapist, your responsibilities will include delivering bespoke spa treatments to the highest standard. A passion for massage, facials, and holistic therapies will be an advantage, as we do not provide beauty treatments. Additional responsibilities include warmly greeting and looking after our guests, responding to enquiries, and maintaining a tidy work environment.

Our treatment menu is designed to avoid therapist burnout, with full-body massages limited to three per day, 15-minute turnaround times, and a paid lunch break.

• Holds a minimum Level 3 Diploma in Spa Therapies and Massage (or equivalent).
• Ideally has further qualifications in Deep Tissue, Reflexology, or Pregnancy Massage.
• Has at least one year of experience in a Spa or Salon environment.
• Possesses good administrative skills, including handling emails and phone calls.
• Works well as part of a close‑knit team but can also work independently.
• Brings a positive "can-do" attitude with a warm and friendly personality.
• Demonstrates initiative and strong time‑management skills.
• Is available to work daytimes, evenings, and weekends.
