Margate, Kent Salary:
Up to £53,000 per annum occupancy bonus

Hours:

48 hours per week | 8am – 8pm shifts with night cover/check‑ups | alternate weekends

Contract:

Full‑time, Permanent Start: ASAP

An established nursing home is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to provide strong clinical leadership within a medium-sized service rated "Good" by CQC across all areas. This is a key clinical leadership role focused on delivering safe, effective, person‑centred care to elderly residents, including those with palliative care needs.

• Provide visible clinical leadership to the nursing and care teams
• Oversee delivery of high‑quality, person‑centred care
• Lead on care planning, risk assessments, and clinical decision‑making
• Manage medication systems, audits, and clinical governance
• Support residents with elderly and palliative care needs
• Lead clinical supervision, appraisals, and competency assessments
• Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and inspection readiness

• Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
• Previous experience as a Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse
• Strong clinical experience within elderly and palliative care
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and clinical governance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Sponsorship not available

• Salary up to £53,000 per annum
