About the roleOur client is seeking reliable Event Porters to support a range of events in Margate. This is flexible, ad hoc work with shifts allocated based on event schedules, ideal for those wanting varied hours and hands-on experience.
Key responsibilities- Assisting with event set-up and breakdown
- Moving furniture, equipment, and supplies safely
- Supporting event staff throughout live events
- Maintaining clean and organised event spaces
- Always following health and safety procedures
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with shift patterns
- Positive attitude and team-focused approach
- Previous events or portering experience desirable but not essential
- £12.71 per hour
- Flexible, ad hoc shifts to fit your availability
