# Cluster Team Manager - Driver Essential## Job Introduction Join Aspirations Care – Where Leadership Meets Compassion For this role you have to be a driver (essential) as you will be travelling to our services in Folkestone/Margate/Hythe and covering them. Desired BSL (British sign language) not essential as training will be given.

Must have previous experience being a TL/CTM also experience using digital care planning system would be advantageous.

What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a confident and experienced leader who is:

Qualified to Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent

A driver with access to their own vehicle (essential for travel between services)
Experienced in supporting individuals with complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions

Skilled in managing teams, developing staff, and driving service improvements

Your day might include coaching staff, reviewing care plans, liaising with families and professionals, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
