Now, we’re happy to offer an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Viewing Guide in our Margate office.

Job Type: Full-Time, 12 month fixed term contract
Salary: £13.00 per hour
Let’s talk about the Viewing Guide role. It involves:

• Conducting property viewings and providing potential buyers with a warm, professional and informative experience.
• Getting to know prospective buyers, understanding their requirements and helping them find properties that match their needs.
• Providing detailed information about each property and answering questions confidently and accurately.
• Representing the company professionally at all times and creating a positive first impression for every client.
• Managing viewing appointments efficiently and working closely with the wider team to ensure a smooth and seamless customer journey.
• Building strong relationships with clients and delivering an exceptional level of customer service throughout the viewing process.
