Contract:
Temporary to Permanent
Hours:
37.5 hours per week (Day shift 05:00-15:00 or 19:00-05:00)
We are recruiting Food Production Operatives for a well‑established and successful food manufacturing company in Thanet. This is a fantastic opportunity with the potential to go permanent for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities- Weigh and measure ingredients
- Portion and divide product quantities
- Mix ingredients by hand or with machinery
- Prepare and shape dough
- Bake products in industrial ovens
- Perform quality control checks
- Food production experience (essential), particularly in bakery operations (full training will be provided)
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Good attention to detail
- Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
- Willingness to learn and develop
