Production Operative

Temporary Production Operative to work in a busy manufacturing environment, supporting the production and testing of specialised equipment.

These are hands-on roles suited to reliable, practical individuals who are comfortable following processes, working to instructions and carrying out repetitive production tasks.

You will support different stages of the manufacturing process.

• Carry out factory testing of the finished product throughout the working day.
• Follow established testing procedures and instructions.
• Help ensure the products are processed correctly and efficiently.

• Load the products into the machine.
• Start and monitor the machine cycle.
• Remove the products once processing is complete.
• Stack neatly onto trays ready for testing
• Repeat the process throughout the shift.

Once trained and confident to work independently, the hours will be 6:00am-3:00pm Monday to Thursday with an 11.00am finish on Friday

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking individuals.
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
• Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on production work.
• Willingness to learn and work independently once trained.
