Connect2socialwork are urgently looking for a Social Worker to join their great Duty and Assessment Team with a Pay rate up to 38 per hour on a locum basis.

Job Description;

• Conduct timely and comprehensive assessments of children and families to determine the best course of action.
• Work collaboratively with a variety of professionals and agencies to ensure families receive consistent support.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records to contribute to the continuity of care and legal requirements.
• Provide advice and support to children and their families focusing on creating sustainable and positive outcomes.
• Ensure all statutory duties are met with respect to safeguarding and child protection protocols.
