What You’ll Do:

Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest service

Ensure smooth daily operations, including food prep, cleanliness, and cash handling

Support training, coaching, and development of crew members

Maintain Firehouse Subs standards of quality, safety, and speed

Communicate effectively with team members and management

What We’re Looking For:

At least one year of previous restaurant or food service management/leadership experience required

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment

Must be at least 18 years old

Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
