Behavior Care Therapy is hiring paraprofessionals to provide 1:1 ABA support in children’s homes in Maricopa, AZ. You’ll work afternoon and evening hours with flexible scheduling and contribute to meaningful progress in daily living skills and communication through play‑based ABA under a BCBA’s guidance.
As an RBT/BT, you’ll build consistent relationships with the same children, support their independence, and receive training and supervision designed to maximize impact in home environments.
