This is a field position in Maricopa County, Arizona. The Broker Account Manager is responsible for the sales and growth of the broker channel and reports to the Vice President of Sales.
GENERAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):In overseeing the broker channel, the Broker Manager will:
Experience:
- Required:
Minimum of 2 years of general sales / marketing strategy experience. - Preferred:
Medicare knowledge and/or health insurance background preferred.
- Required:
High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree or four years additional experience in lieu of education.
Skills:
- Effective written and oral communication skills; ability to establish and maintain a constructive relationship with diverse members, management, employees and vendors;
Ability to communicate positively, professionally and effectively with others; provide leadership, teach and collaborate with others. Strong knowledge and understanding of the CMS Marketing Guidelines.
Skills:
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations and calculate simple statistics correctly.
Skills:
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks; advanced problem-solving; ability to use advanced reasoning to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and design, implement and manage appropriate resolution.
Skills:
- Effective problem solving, organizational and time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Skills:
- Comprehend and analyze statistical reports.
- Required:
Must get licensed within 6 months of hire. - Preferred:
Current and active life insurance license within respective selling state.
