Senior Accountant

Korn Ferry is excited to partner with a long-time client for a Senior Accountant position in Marietta to support their growing organization. Our client is a global leader in their industry and recently expanded with multiple acquisitions. The Senior Accountant will support consolidated corporate financial activities and have oversight of financials for the business unit. You will manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate reporting across entities, and partner with both site and corporate finance leadership to drive process improvements. Base Pay Range
: $75,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Hybrid – 1 day WFH

• Manage monthly close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Support consolidated financials, intercompany transactions, and ensure compliance with corporate policies
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation
• Review and analyze operating expenses and identify process improvement opportunities
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, finance, and leadership teams
• Identify and implement process improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong ERP and Excel skills
• Self‑starter who thrives in a hybrid environment with remote leadership support
• Detail‑oriented, analytical, and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset
