As the Senior Property Accountant
, you’ll manage core accounting functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and collaborate with property managers and executives. Your work will support strategic decision‑making and maintain compliance across multiple assets.

• Oversee accounting for an assigned portfolio, including work papers and weekly cash balance monitoring.
• Perform general ledger, balance sheet, and CAM reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements.
• Collaborate with property managers and leadership to gather operational data and submit financial reports.
• Review lease commissions against lease abstracts for accuracy.
• Prepare, file, and pay sales tax returns for assigned properties.

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in property accounting.
• Proficiency with MRI, Yardi, or similar real estate accounting software.
