Title Specialist

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for daily processing of outgoing titles, preparing paperwork for the titling and tagging of newly acquired vehicles, and various other tasks as assigned by management.

Responsibilities
  • Log/scan MSO’s as received and process the tag and title applications on a first-in-first-out basis.
  • Logging, scanning and filing of original titles as received.
  • Daily processing of outgoing titles (for vehicles being sold) across multiple inter‑company cities – including pulling titles from files, verifying lien releases, overnight mailing of documents, and entering the movement in our company system.
  • Perform quarterly audit of titles.
  • Order replacement, duplicate and salvage titles as needed.
  • Maintain current knowledge and adhere to the guidelines on all company policies and procedures, new training information, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑
