Executive Assistant

• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including group schedule management, travel arrangements, and light bookkeeping associated with secondary business activities.
• Coordinate a variety of events including meetings, luncheons, retreats, and customer entertainment with excellence.
• Manage the day‑to‑day details of the company’s social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Linked In.
• Collaborate with multiple teams on special projects such as office renovations, community relations events, and the design/procurement of marketing materials (shirts, hats, etc.), as well as deploying internal communications.

• Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping or managing budgets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving skills while working independently.
• Detail‑oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various social media platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Graphic design, website maintenance, and accounting skills are a plus.
• High Integrity.
