About the Position
We are seeking a skilled, customer-focused Production Associates Front Desk / Customer Service Assistant to manage front desk operations, assist clients, and provide essential support for our printing processes. This role combines administrative tasks, customer service, data entry, and basic print coordination, with a focus on print management. Monday-Friday scheduled hours Work hours 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities- Welcome visitors, answer phone calls, and maintain a professional reception area.
- Assist customers with print-related inquiries, order placement, and problem resolution.
- Support print management activities, including order tracking, file preparation, and job ticket management.
- Accurately enter job details and client information into company systems.
- Manage mail, organize files, and assist with general office duties.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
