Position Information
Automotive "C" Technician / Mechanic — Onsite, Marietta
Non-Exempt, Full-Time. Compensation: $20/hr + Full Benefit Package + Tool package.

- Identify, order, and maintain correct supplies and parts in order to properly service vehicles.
- Understand how to properly use hand tools, chemicals, and all shop equipment.
- Perform mechanical repairs including:
Oil changes, tire changes, tire rotations, battery installations, air filter replacements, light bulb replacements, windshield wiper exchanges. - Perform mechanical inspections including:
Tire inspections, brake inspections (visual), underbody damage inspections, suspension shake‑downs (assess for ball‑joint and tie‑rod issues). - Follow Flexcar standard operating procedures at all times.
- Keep workplace free and clear of hazards, according to 5S standards.
- Review work orders for accuracy of work performed and parts installed.
- Use of computers, including internal and external technology systems in order to complete daily assignments.
- Assist in onboarding other new associates by passing along knowledge and being a good team player.
- Provide support to other associates and managers as needed.
- Perform all work within standardized cycle times.
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to carry tools and supplies up to 75 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record (per company standards).
- 2+ years of automotive repair experience preferred, but not required.
- At least 18 years old.
