Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Collision Center Paint Prepper. The ideal candidate will be passionate about automotive repair, eager to learn, and possess a keen attention to detail. In this role, you will play a crucial part in preparing vehicles for the painting process, ensuring that they are ready for a flawless finish.
Responsibilities- Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces as needed.
- Inspect vehicles for imperfections and address them before the painting process.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Previous experience in automotive painting or collision repair is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Motivated to learn and develop new skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify imperfections in surfaces.
